As a therapist I have a strong academic background and a wealth of professional training in various fields related to mental health, counselling, coaching and well-being.
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People (2025)
MSc in Counselling Children and Young People (2026)
I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Social and community development, and an NVQ level 3 in children’s care learning and development. These qualifications have given me a solid foundation in understanding the needs and challenges of children and young people, in different contexts and settings.
In addition, I have completed several courses and workshops to update and expand my expertise in areas such as learning disabilities, intrusive thoughts, leadership behaviour, drawing and talking therapy, alcohol and drug awareness, bereavement, first aid, protective behaviours, team-teach, jogo behaviour support, non-violent resistance, massage in schools, and the Solihull approach.
These trainings have equipped me with a range of tools and techniques to help my clients cope, grow, and thrive. I am passionate about learning and developing myself as a life coach, and I am always looking for new opportunities to enhance my practice.
